Terms and Conditions
Effective Date: April 1, 2009
These terms and conditions supersede any
and all prior agreements, statements and
represemtations, either oral or written
between Clearwater Door Manufacturing and the customer.
- Prices in Canadian Funds, GST and PST are excluded Prices are FOB Clearwater Door Manufacturing, Langley B.C.
- Prices are FOB Clearwater Door Manufacturing, Langley B.C.
- All Prices and specifications are subject to change without notice.
- Orders may not be accepted, or may be cancelled based on our ability to fulill, and/or accidents, fires, strikes, acts of God, or any condition out of our control.
- Unless Credit Approval is in place, all sales are COD (Cash, Debt, Creditcard).
- No Returns allowed without an approved RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization).
- Approved RMA's are subject to a 25% re-stocking fee.
- NOTE: non-stock items are NOT returnable, prehung doors are NOT returnable. Special and custom orders are not subject to cancellation.
- While every effect is made to meet delivery deadlines as requested. NO RESPONSIBILITY or LIABILITY is assumed for the consequences of late delivery for any cause whatsoever.
- Whenever possible, please place orders in writing (fax, e-mail, etc.) in order to eliminate errors from verbal orders.
- Payment Structure: Net payable by 15th of the month following.
- Accounts not paid within set terms are subject to cancellation.
- Charge accounts are subject to interest and/or service charges on all overdue balances.
- Shipping charges are applicable and are subject to change without notice. Clearwater does not store finshed orders; customers must accept shipment as orders come off production.
- Any Damages or shortages must be noted upon receipt of goods and claimed within 24 hours. Shipping damages are to be claimed from the carrier.
- Improper installation of doors may void the warrenty. Clearwater will honor the manufacturer's warrenty, and does not provide their own.
- BACK CHARGES: Clearwater Door Mfg does NOT reimburse customers for back charges charged by their customers for any reason.
- Customer orders may require a deposit of up to, but not limited to, 50% before any goods are purchased or manufactured.
- Clearwater Doors will not prehang any door not purchased from clearwater at the time of sale.
